Do you ship to all cities in Egypt?

Yes! We ship to Cairo, Alexandria, Giza, and all major Egyptian cities. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days for in-stock items.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is FREE on orders over LE 2000. For orders below LE 2000, shipping costs LE 50-100 depending on your location.

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, we accept cash on delivery (COD) as well as credit cards, Fawry, and bank transfers.

How long does delivery take?

In-stock items: 3-5 business days
Made-to-order items: 2-3 weeks

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the rug is in original, unused condition with tags attached.

Are delivery fees refundable?

Delivery fees are non-refundable, but we'll exchange your rug for a different size or design at no extra cost.
