• All packaging and labels are intact

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products

• Sale items (unless defective)

Defects or Damage

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless due to our error.
